2. Therapeutic Approach and Modalities:
At Envisioning Change, therapy is delivered using a blended therapeutic model, tailored to your individual needs. This integrative approach may encompass:

4. Confidentiality:
All sessions are conducted with strict confidentiality, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and professional ethical standards. Exceptions to confidentiality occur only when:

There is a immediate risk of serious harm to yourself or others.

Disclosure is required by law and in such cases, I will discuss the necessary steps with you whenever possible.

5. Data Protection and Privacy:
I am committed to protecting your personal data. Information collected during the course of therapy is stored securely and used solely for therapeutic purposes. You have the right to access your records upon request. These records be digital copies of "Hard Copy" notes, Correspondence and any Digital Information held in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

6. Session Details and Fees

Session Duration:
Standard sessions last 60 minutes, some sessions are 90 minutes and purchased as part of a package (The session duration will be indicated when booking your first session via Calendly or via email communication).

Fees:
Session fees are communicated prior to commencement and are subject to periodic review. Some fee's may vary due to length of terms and discounts offered, these will be clearly communicated on booking the first session via Calendly or by email communication.

7. Payment:
 Payments are due at the time of booking or session, as agreed. Some clients have "ongoing" appointments, these appointments MUST be paid for, by the "personally agreed" method, in advance. Failure to do so will result in the appointment being cancelled. You will be notified in advance of this and the session can be rebooked to a mutually agreed time.

8. Cancellations:
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur the full session fee.

9. Commitment and Client Responsibility
Therapy is a collaborative process requiring your active participation. While we employ evidence-based techniques to support your goals, the outcome is influenced by your engagement and commitment to the process.

10. Disclaimer on Guarantees
I am dedicated to supporting you in achieving your therapeutic goals. However, it is important to acknowledge:

I will never guarantee an outcome, because of the complexity and infinite variety of factors that relate to Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy process.

I will always display confidence; however, no guarantees of specific outcomes or cures will be provided.

Therapy outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, and as such, I refrain from making promises regarding the effectiveness of treatment.

11. Professional Standards and Ethics
Our practice adheres to the ethical codes and professional standards set forth by relevant UK hypnotherapy and counselling organisations. This includes ongoing professional development, supervision, and compliance with legal requirements.

12. Consent and Agreement
By engaging in therapy with Envisioning Change, you confirm that:
